Writing Interview Call Letter

Writing Interview Call Letter
As an employer, your first and foremost duty is to carefully examine the applications and sort out the qualified candidates. If you find some candidates whose qualifications and experiences are suitable for the post, then your next step should be to collect information about the candidates from their references. If the information collected from the references is favorable, your next step is to shortlist the names of the candidates. Once you have completed the process of shortlisting, then you can go for writing interview call letters to the names of the candidates you have shortlisted. (If you want you can have the candidates participate in a group discussion also. The candidate who performs well in the group discussion and have an edge over other candidates, you may offer him/her the job.)

Here is an example of interview call letter so that you can write it with an appropriate tone to the selected candidate.
